About the event
Workout consists of 1000 box steps with a 45lb rucksack in honor of Chad Wilkinson who passed away October 29, 2018. He was a Navy SEAL, died by suicide, due to numerous deployments, several TBIs, blast-wave injuries, and PTSD. Wilkinson left behind a wife, two kids, and countless other friends and family members.
